THE ANSWERS YOU NEED
HOW TO BOOK THE STUDIO
Bookings are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis and are only confirmed once we receive at least 50% deposit, so please have your credit card information ready if you are giving us a call, or be prepared to fulfill a Paypal invoice ASAP; this will ensure there are no complications with your booking.
IF I DO NOT USE THE ENTIRETY OF MY BOOKING TIME, MAY I GET A REFUND/CREDIT FOR THE TIME I DID NOT USE?
No, the time you have booked has been specifically reserved for you and you alone and cannot be refunded or be used for future credit. We could not possibly find another client to use that unused time in such short notice.
MAY I COME EARLY TO SET UP FOR MY BOOKING?
No, the booking time indicated when you are admitted into the studio, and when you are required to have cleaned, exited, and paid for your studio. Going over the time booked will result in an additional fee per half hour.
CAN I TOUR THE STUDIO FIRST?

IS THERE ANY EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
All rentals include basic grip equipment as well as White Seamless Backdrop and one Lighting Setup. Additional lighting packages and equipment are available for an extra fee – just call or email us for a quote!
I ALSO NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER AND/OR VIDEOGRAPHER FOR MY PROJECT. COULD YOU HELP ME WITH THAT?
Absolutely! We are a team of talented and experienced photographers and videographers that would love to help make your vision come to life. Just give us a call to chat about what’s possible!
WHAT IS THE STUDIOS’ CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the booking date and time, you’ll receive a full refund on the reservation fee. Between 24-48 hours of your start time, you’ll receive a 50% refund, and if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your start time, the full studio rental amount will be non-refundable.
